Q: Do you need a medical marijuana card/certification in order to buy cannabis products?
A: Yes. Legal cannabis sales can only be made to valid medical patients willing to show their certification, a state issued photo ID and fill out a designation form.
Q: Why do I need to show my certification and ID before you are willing to schedule a delivery?
A: Unfortunately, there are people who say they are patient when they are not. Their are also patients who have let their card expire, and don’t realize it. Seeing this information ahead of the meeting allows us to verify a patient is valid, and fill out the majority of the designation form. The patient can verify the information at the initial meeting, and then sign the designation form.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Central, Southern and Western Maine. We spend most of our time in the southern 100 miles of Maine. These are the counties we service: Sagadahoc, York, Franklin, Kennebec, Waldo, Hancock, Knox, Oxford, Androscoggin, Cumberland,Lincoln, Somerset
Q: Can you sell to visiting out of state patients?
A: We can sell to visiting qualifying patients. Out of state patients will need to have your physician call (207)-287-3282 or (207)-287-9330 in order to obtain the Maine form, which is needed to certify you as a visiting qualifying patient.
